The Winter Session of the Eighth Sikkim Legislative Assembly will begin in Gangtok on Monday. The Chief Minister Pawan Chamling who is also the Minister -in Charge for the State Finance and Revenue Expenditure will present the second supplementary demands for grants 2011-12 and his government vote on account for the current financial year.
