The three days Budget Session of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly will begin in Gangtok today . Governor B P Singh will address the session and the Chief Minister Pawan Chamling to move the motion of thanks to his address. The State budget for the financial year 2013-2014 will also be presented by the Chief Minister, who also holds the Finance portfolio while the general discussion on it will take place on Friday.
