In Punjab, Members of Danga Peerat Society have blocked rail traffic at Ludhiana to protest against late justice to 1984 riot victims. Quoting Railway sources, our Jalandhar correspondent reports that the rail line between Dhandari Kalan-Ludhiana has been blocked by protestors. Meanwhile, railways have stopped Sachkhand express at Goraya, Akal Takhat 2318 at Phagwara, Amritsr Delhi Express 2460 at Jalandhar, Jan Sewa at Kartarpur and Jan Shatabti 2554 at Beas.
