Sierra Leone's Vice President Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh has declared a nationwide curfew after anti-government protests turned violent. According to media reports, at least two police officers and a civilian were killed after a day of anti-government protests in capital, Freetown. Protesters threw rocks and burned tyres in the streets, out of frustration at worsening economic hardship and other issues.
