Union HRD Minister Kapil Sibal has urged Indian Institute of Management institutions to relate to changing global economic situation where India is emerging as a key player. The Minister informed the media in Bangalore today that he has asked the IIMs to mould and evolve in tandem with the needs of the 21st Century. He was speaking after chairing second meeting of IIM Directors in Bangalore today. He disclosed that three or four groups will be formed by IIM Directors to suggest various means to empower IIM Directors, to determine his role in harmony with the faculty and Board of Directors and increase accountability in this prestigious institution.<br/>
