Amidst heated interruptions by the BJP, Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal today strongly defended the Liberhan Commission report saying it has brought to the fore the conspiracy behind the demolition of disputed structure at Ayodhya. Strongly criticizing the BJP for ignoring the facts that have been documented by the commission, Mr Kapil Sibal, while intervening in the debate said that the destruction of the site was a pre planned conspiracy of the BJP and Sanghparivar.<br/> <br/>He asserted that the UP administration and law and order machinery under the direction of the then Chief Minister Mr Kalyan Singh were party to the conspiracy and that is the reason that the domes of the disputed structure were destroyed. Participating in the debate, senior BJP leader Mr Venkaiyah Naidu alleged that the Congress is ignoring the basic facts to save its position. He alleged Congress led government headed by Narsimha Rao utterly failed in its duty and this is totally being ignored by its leaders during the debate.<br/><br/>Initiating the discussion, Mr D Raja of CPI charged both the BJP and the Congress with the demolition of disputed structure. The discussion is continuing and the Home Minister will respond in the afternoon.<br/>
