Lance Naik Hanumanthappa Koppad, who was miraculously found alive after remaining buried under huge mass of snow for six days at Siachen Glacier, is still in a critical condition at Army's Research and Referral Hospital in New Delhi.<br/><br/>Army chief General Dalbir Singh on Wednesday also visited Lance Naik Hanumanthappa. Koppad was flown to Delhi from Siachen Glacier on Tuesday morning in a special air ambulance and admitted to the Hospital.<br/><br/>Hanumanthappa, who hails from Karnataka, was found alive, buried under 25 feet of snow for six days after an avalanche hit his post at the altitude of 19,600 feet close to the Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports, on Tuesday, Prime minister Narendra Modi and Defence minister Manohar Parrikar visited the hospital.<br/><br/>Grit and miracle seem small words to describe the story of Army soldier, Lance Naik Hanumanthappa, the lone survivor of an avalanche at the world's highest battlefield, Siachen Glacier, on February 3rd.<br/><br/>As Hanumanthappa is battling for life at the Army Research and Referral hospital, whole country is praying for his speedy recovery.<br/><br/>After visiting him at hospital, Prime minister rightly said Lance Naik Hanumanthappa as an outstanding soldier whose endurance and indomitable spirit cannot be described in words.<br/><br/>While doctors say next 24 hours is very crucial, Siachen braveheart needs another miracle now.<br/><br/>
