The launch of the shuttle Discovery has been delayed till tomorrow. This is the latest in a series of glitches that have set back Discovery's final mission to the International Space Station. An electrical malfunction forced the US space agency to announce the third delay so far, this time due to a problem with a circuit-breaker in the shuttle's cockpit. The new launch time is set for 0059 IST tomorrow, but the weather forecast is gloomier than before, with just a 30 per cent chance of favourable conditions for launch, forecasters said.
