SHRC seeks factual report from State Govt on increasing number of Swine Flu deaths in Rajasthan

In Rajasthan, taking cognizance of the increasing number of Swine Flu Deaths, State Human Rights Commission- SHRC has sought factual report from the Government. <br />''<br />''<br />''119 new cases tested positive of Swine Flu and claimed three more lives in last 24 hours across the state. <br />''<br />''<br />''More than 1600 cases have been reported in the state in current month and 59 persons have lost their lives due to this disease.<br />''<br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports, Rajasthan is on the top of the list of states with the highest number of Flu cases. The state accounts for 60 % of the total cases in the country. <br />''<br />''<br />''Jaipur and Jodhpur are the most affected cities where cases are being reported in large numbers. 634 cases have been found in Jaipur district, while Swine Flu claimed highest 20 lives in Jodhpur. Here, more then 250 cases have been found positive, so far. <br />''<br />''<br />''Health Department has launched a special drive across the state for screening for suspected cases and more than 11 million people have been screened so far. <br />''<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Health Minister of the state Dr. Raghu Sharma told that sample collection for investigation, medicine and treatment facilities are available at all hospitals. </span><br />
