After the Home Ministry's relaxations , allowing opening of standalone and neighbourhood shops, National Capital is witnessing opening of such shops as the information trickles down to the people. Salons, barber shops, restaurants and all other such shops which are not engaged in sale of goods are also shut as per the guidelines.</span><br />
