Shootout in Mexico leaves 15 dead

<br/>In Mexico, fifteen suspects have been killed in a shootout with soldiers in the tourist town of Taxco.<br/><br/>The national defense secretary in a statement said, on a citizen's complaint about presumed illicit activities at a house, the authorities dispatched soldiers in the town, which is located about 100 miles southwest of Mexico City. <br/><br/>Upon arriving at the house they were greeted by gunfire. Soldiers, acting in self-defense, responded with gunfire of their own and in the ensuing gun battle 15 aggressors were killed.<br/><br/>A large quantity of arms and ammunition and a vehicle were confiscated from the site.<br/>
