Shiv Sena to vote against confidence motion of Fadnavis led BJP govt in M'shtra Assembly

Shiv Sena today announced that it will vote against the confidence motion of the Devendra Fadnavis led BJP government in Maharshtra Assembly. Talking to reporters outside the assembly senior Shiv Sena leader Ramdas Kadam informed that party president Uddhav Thackeray has decided to vote against confidence motion of the state government.

Mr. Kadam said that Mr.Thackeray has expressed total mistrust over BJP leadership and decided not to go with them. Kadam also alleged betrayal by BJP. With this, Fadnavis government will have to depend on NCP to prove its majority on the floor of the house. The NCP has already declared that it will support BJP government either directly or indirectly.

Meanwhile, the election of Speaker of the assembly is likely to be unopposed as fresh deliberations are on with Shiv Sena and Congress to keep tradition alive of choosing Speaker unanimously.
