Shiv Sena questions PM's apathy, says he could have kept alliance intact

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s refusal to criticize Shiv Sena saying that he respects Shiv Sena Supremo late Bal Thackeray, Shiv Sena has questioned his apathy for the party.

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut today said that if Narendra Modi was respecting Bal Thackeray then he could have kept the 25 year old alliance intact.

He said that Modi’s apathy for Shiv Sena will not make any difference to the party. In the editorial of Shiv Sena’ mouthpiece Saamna BJP was targeted and Modi’s stance about Shiv Sena was also criticized.

In Nandurbar, Maharashtra’ s former Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan slammed its former ally NCP and also alleged that because of the closed door ties with BJP, NCP withdrew support of his government.
