The government's ambitious year- long 'Shiksha ka Haq Abhiyan' campaign will be launched on November 11 with a message from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

In the message, Dr.Singh has said, all opportunities will be extended to the children to realise their dreams and aspirations.

HRD Ministry officials said, the message will be read out to students of 13 lakh schools across the country inspiring them to work hard in quest for success.

The message sent to the schools headmasters will be read out in the school assembly on the said day, also celebrated as National Education Day.
