On the occasion of completion of 100 years of National capital, Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Shiela Dikshit on Monday released a Book titled 'Delhi Red Fort to Raisina” at a function in New Delhi on Monday evening. The book highlights hundred years journey of Delhi as national capital. Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Dikshit said that the city keeps on changing its culture and demography like four seasons. She said that Delhi has emerged as a modern city of the world and its population has touched the mark of 1.72 crore.
