The Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Shiela Dikshit today clarified that her remarks on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi have been put out of context in a certain section of the media. Talking to All India Radio, Mrs Dikshit said that she was stressing the need for a development oriented government and not a false promise making government. She said that unfortunately, a particular section of media gave a spin to the story, saying that she had praised the Modi government.
