JMM President Shibu Soren will take over as Chief Minister of Jharkhand on Wednesday. AIR correspondent reports that Mr. Soren will be administered the oath of office and secrecy by the Governor K Sankaranaryanan at 10.30 am in Ranchi.<br/><br/>Mr Soren has said the new alliance comprising JMM, BJP and AJSU will provide a stable government in the mineral-rich state. Addressing a joint press conference with BJP President Nitin Gadkari in Mumbai, he said, Jharkhand needs a stable government at this crucial juncture.<br/><br/>Mr Gadkari said the alliance partners will evolve a common programme for governance in Jharkhand.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Union Cabinet will meet today and is likely to recommend lifting of President's rule in Jharkhand to pave the way for the formation of a new government.<br/><br/><br/>
