Sher-e-Punjab has won the inaugural edition of the World Series Hockey tournament. In the final match played last night, Sher-e-Punjab defeated Pune Strykers 5-2 at the MHA Mahindra Stadium in Mumbai. For winners Punjab, skipper Prabhjot Singh scored twice, while VS Vinaya, Deepak Thakur and Harpreet Singh found the net once each. For Pune, Tyron Pereira and Simranjeet were the goal scorers
