Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina reached the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, last night to participate in the 18th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit starting today. She will join the opening ceremony today and plenary session tomorrow.<br />'' <br />'' On the sidelines of the summit she is also expected to meet a number of heads of state or government. 120 countries are participating in the NAM summit in Azerbaijan.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' NAM summit is held every three years since its inception in 1961 at Belgrade under the leadership of India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru along with Josip Broz Tito of Yugoslavia, Gamal Abdel Nasser of Egypt, Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana, and Sukarno of Indonesia. <br />'' <br />'' The newly independent countries decided to set up NAM in the backdrop of the cold war between the two superpowers of the US and Soviet Union.<br />
