The special CBI court in Mumbai today accepted the application moved by Indrani Mukerjea's former driver Shyamvar Rai to become an approver in the Sheena Bora murder case. The court had reserved its decision for today during the previous hearing on Rai's plea.<br/><br/>The CBI had also said that they had no objection in making Rai an approver. Expressing his desire to turn an approver, Shyamvar Rai had said he wanted to disclose all truths as he had played a role in Sheena Bora's murder. However, the lawyers of other accused had raised objection on Rai's application.
