Senior BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha today dared BJP to take action against him following his continuous defiance of party line on several issues. Reacting to media reports that the BJP leadership may take action against him, Mr. Sinha in a series of tweets said one should not forget that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. He, however, said that possible action by the party is an unofficial report and he will not comment on it.

Yesterday, Mr Sinha had said that BJP should have announced its CM candidate for Bihar assembly elections as it would have cleared any confusion in the party camp. He also suggested LJP Chief Ram Vilas Paswan's name for the post. Earlier, the BJP MP had also praised BJP arch rivals Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Defying the party line on capital punishment, he had also signed a mercy petition in favour of Mumbai blast convict Yakub Memon, who was awarded death sentence.
