Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said NCP leader and former Minister Sharad Pawar has been active in the cooperative sector and he balanced politics and the cooperative movement. <br/><br/>Speaking at the release of autobiography of Sharad Pawar in New Delhi, Mr Modi said, Mr Pawar met him on the way to Pune and he came with details on Gujarat's agriculture sector. He explained key issues of farmers to him. He said the former Agriculture Minister would always focus on innovation in agriculture. Mr Modi said, like a farmer who can gauze the weather, Sharad Pawar is aware which way the political wind is blowing. President Pranab Mukherjee, Vice President Hamid Ansari also spoke on the occasion. A galaxy of leaders were present in 75th birthday celebrations of former Union Minister Mr Pawar.
