The duo of Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna and the pair of Leander Paes and Radek Stepanek have reached the semifinals of the elite Shanghai Masters ATP tennis tournament.In the quarter-finals in Shanghai today, seventh seeded Bhupathi and Bopanna shocked second seeds Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor in straight sets 7-6, 6-4 in the over 35 Lakh U.S. dollar hard court event. Later in the day, fourth seeded Paes and Stepanek got thebetter of unseeded combo of Canadian Milos Raonic and AustrianJurgen Melzer in three sets 7-5, 6-7, 10-5. Bhupathi and Bopanna next face unseeded British pair ofColin Fleming and Ross Hutchins. Paes and Stepanek will take on the winner of the other quarterfinal between the pairs of Eric Butorac and Philipp Petzschner and Marin Cilic and Marcelo Melo.
