Senior BJP leader and party national spokesperson Syed Shahnawaz Hussain and Vikasheel Insaan Party ( VIP) Chief Mukesh Sahni today filed nominations for bye – election to Bihar legislative council. Hussain has been fielded from the seat vacated by BJP leader and former minister Vinod Narayan Jha who has got elected to the Assembly while Mukesh Sahni has been fielded from the seat vacated by former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi who has got elected to Rajya Sabha.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Today is the last day for nomination and scrutiny of papers will be done tomorrow. Candidates can withdraw their nominations till 21 of this month. Election to the two council seats are scheduled for January 28.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said the state cabinet will be expanded soon. Talking to reporters after the nomination of Syed Shahnawaz Hussain and Mukesh Sahni, Mr Kumar said there is no dispute over cabinet expansion among NDA allies.</span>
