Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Punjab Games are starting tomorrow in the evening at Guru Nanak Stadium Ludhiana . These games to be known as Mini Olympics of the state will continue from February 28 to March 6. These games would be played at four different places at Ludhiana ,Jalandhar, Patiala and Mohali in 11 disciplines under flood lights and would be telecast live. Ludhiana would host Basketball, Athletics, Football, Tug of War and Kabaddi, Patiala would host Wrestling, Boxing, Weightlifting and Volleyball, Mohali would host Shooting Championships whereas Hockey events would be organised in Jalandhar.
