The 104th birth anniversary of Shaeed Bhahat Singh was observed today. A function was held at the Chandrasekhar Azad Park in Allahabad in remembrance of the great revolutionary. The Uttar Pradesh armed police gave the guard of honour and police band played National anthem tunes to mark the occasion. The Uttar Pradesh government’s Cabinet Minister Nand Gopal Gupta “Nandi” paid floral tribute to the great martyr at Azad Park. Several political and social activists also paid their homage. School children presented cultural programmes marking Shaeed Bhahat Singh birth anniversary. Several other programs are also being organised throughout the state on Tuesday.
