Seyisa Lilesa of Ethiopia has won the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon in men's elite section clocking 59 minutes 29 seconds. In the women's section, Lucy Kabuu of Kenya won the half marathon with a timing of 67 minutes 4 seconds.
