Meanwhile, Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Monday said, it is time for Justice Ganguly to submit his resignation. He also said, if Justice Ganguly does not resign, government could step in.
Ganguly has so far denied all allegations against him and ruled out resigning as the head of the West Bengal State Human Rights Commission chief.
