Normal life is affected in Rajasthan due to severe heat. Temperaturesare ranging between 40 to 46 degree Celsius in the state and heatwavecondition is continuing in most of the parts of the state. Today mercury crossed 44 degree Celsius at 11 am in Kota. YesterdaySrianganagar was the hottest place with 47.4*C.Entire Rajasthan is in grip of heatwave and normal life is being affected due to tremendous heat. Today mercury touched 44.6 degree Celsius at Kota in the morning hours .Maximum temp was 44 at Churu and 42 at Sriganganagar at 11 am. It was above 41 degree Celsius at Jaipur.According to met office heatwave may further intense in next 48 hours. Due to heat, problem of drinking water has also started in sometowns and the govt has made arrangements to ensure supply of drinking water in problem areas.
