The death toll in severe cyclone that hit Bihar, West Bengal and Assam has risen to 138. <br/><br/>The severe Norwester packed with a wind speed of 125 km per hour on Tuesday night also left hundreds injured and a swathe of destruction in three states. <br/><br/>Bihar accounted for the highest number of 95 deaths, followed by West Bengal 39 and Assam four.<br/><br/>In West Bengal, all 39 deaths were reported from North Dinajpur district.<br/>
