Severe cold conditions are prevailing at many places in North India including Delhi. Punjab and Haryana reeled under freezing cold conditions today. Piercing cold wave swept Chandigarh, where the minimum temperature settled at 3.2 degrees Celsius. The MeT department, in its forecast, has said dry weather conditions are likely to prevail until tomorrow across Punjab and Haryana while foggy weather is also likely to prevail at some places in early morning and late evening hours.<br/><br/>There was no respite from the bone chilling weather in the Kashmir valley, where the summer capital, Srinagar, experienced more colder night than the world famous ski resort of Gulmarg. Leh continued to freeze at minus 16.2 degree and it was minus 14.6 degree at Kargil.
