In Kashmir Valley, severe cold conditions continue to prevail as mercury remains below the freezing point during the night. MET department says a minimum temperature of minus 9.4 degree celsius was recorded at the famous tourist destination, Pahalgam last night while minus 5.2 was recorded at Srinagar.
