Senior Congress leader and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni said that the government has taken several effective measures to tackle black money. Speaking to newsmen outside Parliament, Ms Soni said that steps have been taken within the country and abroad. She said, India has signed agreements with several countries to avoid tax evasion and former Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee had presented a white paper on black money in Parliament .
