<span style="color: #222222;">Many parts of Kerala continue to witness heavy rain. Meteorological Department  forecast strong winds along the Kerala and Lakshadweep coasts today. Fishermen have been warned  not to venture  into the sea. Red alert has been declared in Idukki and Thrissur districts today . Meanwhile  orange alert is issued  in Ernakulam and yellow alert in all other districts. </span><br />
