Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Bhagwat Karad has said that the government has adopted zero tolerance policy on terrorism. He said, conviction rate in terror financing cases has reached to 94 percent and terrorism cases in Jammu and Kashmir have witnessed 168 percent decline.<br />'' <br />''On India's G-20 presidency, Dr. Karad said, this shows the growing stature of India in the world.
