Several African heads of state have arrived in Rwanda for the inauguration of President Paul Kagame. He is due to be sworn in for a second term of office later on Monday. Kagame was re-elected with 93 per cent of the vote in last month's elections. But several opposition candidates were prevented from entering the contest.
