Seventeen people, including three children, were killed and three others injured this morning when a truck carrying them overturned at Tarapur taluka in Anand district of Gujarat. Police said the sand-laden truck overturned near Indranaj village, killing 17 people on the spot. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. The truck was on its way from Surat to Bhavnagar.
