In Kerala, seven school children were drowned when a country boat sank in Chaliyar river near Arikode in Malappuram district this evening. The tragedy occurred this evening. The ill fated boat was carrying school children returning from school. The exact number children in the boat is not known. Fire Brigade and local people are engaged in the operation.<br/>
