In Chandigarh, seven persons including three children and as many women were killed on Sunday when a truck they were standing close to, fell over them while unloading. Police said, the victims happened to be standing near the vehicle to collect scrap when it lost balance and fell over them. All the bodies trapped under the vehicle have been recovered. A couple that survived the accident has been hospitalised.<br/><br/>Authorities have announced an ex-gratia of one lakh rupees each to the next of kin of the adults who died in the mishap while the the kin of the three children would get 50,000 rupees each and the survivors 25,000 rupees.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>
