<span style="color: #000000;">Service to Society activities were held in Karnataka on Friday as part of birthday celebrations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In a mega Vaccination drive across the state, 20,75,820 people were vaccinated till 5.30 pm today. The target is to vaccinate 30 lakh persons. In another event held in Bengaluru 1000 tabs and 350 laptops were handed over to Government, BBMP school students. The minister for Higher Education Dr. C N Ashwathnarayana distributed the equipments as part of digital education programme. He also distributed activity based books and inaugurated Prerana App to facilitate the teaching learning process. In another event held in Bengaluru a digital LED van was flagged off which will travel across the state and inform people about two decades of public life and achievements of Prime Minister. In other parts of the state blood donation camps were held, swachata abhiyan were organised, the physically challenged were distributed amenities and fruits were handed over in orphanages, old age homes and hospitals.</span><br />
