The Government today said a series of steps have been taken to address the grievances and complaints against the banks with regard to customers services.<br/><br/>While admitting that more than thirty-two thousand complaints were received during this year, the Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee told the Lok Sabha that in each of three last years, eighty per cent of the cases were disposed of.<br/><br/>He said that a four tier institutional arrangement has been put in place to address the complaints by the customers.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>
