Serena Williams v/s Angelique Kerber in Australian Open final

In Tennis, world number one and defending champion Serena Williams will meet Angelique Kerber in the Wome's Singles final of the Australian Open. Serena today stormed into the final of, the first Grand Slam of the season, defeating fourth seed Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland, in straight sets, 6-0, 6-4. Serena is now just one step away to win her seventh Australian Open and 22nd Grand Slam title. In the other semifinal this morning, Angelique Kerber defeated Johanna Konta 7-5, 6-2. With this loss, Johanna Konta's bid to become the first British female to reach a Grand Slam final since Virginia Wade in 1977 was unsuccessful.In the Men's Singles, world number one Novak Djokovic will clash with third seed Roger Federer in the semi-finals today. Both players have met 44 times in the past, and each have won equal number of matches. The second semi-final is slated between world number two Andy Murray and Milos Raonic.Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis, who advanced to the Women's Doubles Final yesterday, will face each other in the Mixed Doubles quarter-finals today. Sania and her team-mate Ivan Dodig are the top seeds in Mixed Doubles, while Hingis has been paired with Leander Paes.
