World Number One Serena Williams today made a shocking exit from the Australian Open Tennis tournament, the first Grand Slam of the season, at Melbourne. In the Women&apos;s Singles pre-quarterfinals, Serena was stunned by Serbia&apos;s Ana Ivanovic, 6-4, 3-6, 3-6. Na Li of China, however, made it to the quarters beating Russian Ekaterina Makarova, 6-2, 6-0.Meanwhile, India&apos;s Leander Paes and his Czech partner Radek Stapanek today stormed into the Men&apos;s Doubles quarterfinals. The fifth seeded Indo-Czech duo defeated the Indo-Kiwi pair of Yuki Bhambri and Michael Venus, 6-3, 6-2. Rohan Bopanna and his Pakistani team-mate Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi today crashed out of the tournament, after losing to Briton Dominic Inglot and his Phillippine partner Treat Huey, 4-6, 6-7 in the pre-quarterfinals.
