World Number One Serena Williams has lifted the Singles Crown in the WTA Finals tournament. In the title match in Singapore today, the two-time defending champion defeated Simona Halep of Romania in straight sets 6-3, 6-0.In the group stages, the Romanian had handed Williams her biggest defeat since 1998. She beat the American 6-0,6-2 in a one-sided match.
