The president of soccer's world governing body Sepp Blatter has expressed confidence in the success of the upcoming World Cup tournament in Brazil in a local World Cup Organizing Committee meeting in Sao Paulo.Briefed by the committee on stadium preparations and other issues, FIFA President Blatter said he is confident that the tournament will be a success, but admitted some things remain to be settled before the tournament kicks off on June 12th. In addition, opponents of hosting the World Cup have staged protests and public transportation workers have gone on strike in many parts of Brazil.Commenting on the situation, Blatter said it's never possible to satisfy everyone. He added that the World Cup is an event that boasts a high rate of success.
