Domestic stock markets registered gains for a second day today amid positive global cues.

The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed 147 points, or 0.39 per cent, to close at 37,641. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also climbed 78 points, or 0.43 per cent, to settle at 11,005.
