The BSE Sensex gained 199 points to trade at 32,471 when report last came in. Earlier, it rose to 190 points to trade at 32,463 in the opening trade. The NSE Nifty surged to record high of 10,161.The rupee appreciated by 7 paise to 64.01 against the US dollar on selling of the greenback by banks and exporters.
