The benchmark Sensex erased some of its initial gains in the late morning trade today. It was still 9 points up and stood at 32,339. NSE Nifty was up 10 points to 10,156.The rupee weakened by 7 paise to 65.11 against the dollar in early trade today. The nomination papers will be scrutinized tomorrow while the last date of withdrawal is 26th October. Himachal Pradesh will go for polls on 9th of next month in single phase in all the 68 assembly constituencies.
