Rising for the second straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed 149 points, or 0.8 percent, to a 2-week high of 18,871, on Monday, amid a rally in telecom stocks.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange rose 46 points, or 0.8 percent, to 5,680. But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore dropped between 0.5 percent and 3 percent.
