The BSE benchmark Sensex rose by 48 points to 19516 in late morning deals today. Earlier, the 30-share barometer rose by 32 points in opening trade on selective buying by funds and retailers amid a mixed Asian trend.Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty was up by 10 points to 5898 a shortwhile ago.
